I need a solution to get pre-approved for a auto loan.?
I work at the Bank of Texas and was trying to see if I am even eligible to get a auto loan PRE approved from the bank. They couldn't give me a YES or a NO because I currently have a loan with the car I am driving right now. So they won't even PRE approve me for a auto loan for the amount that I requested $8000 unless I sell my car first so that I don't have another loan. I'm worried because if I do sell my car what if the reject me, then I'm out of a car and sold my car for no reason. What can I do to get pre approved without selling the car? I want to know atleast if I am eligible to even get a loan before I go out and start selling my car.I don't have bad credit. I pay my car payments well before the due date and never miss a payment. I do have a steady flow of previous employment history.
Which is better to take out? A personal loan or an auto loan?
I want to buy my sister's car. The problem is the car is in someone else name and its not fully paid for. The car is not even worth the money that is owed on it. So what I was thinking about doing was taking out a loan to buy the car from bank and release the person whose name it is in from the car all together. What kind of loan would be better to take out? Auto? or Personal? And my credit score is in the 600's
I am looking for someone to give me a auto loan!?

Is it possible to transfer an auto loan of this amount?
I have a current auto loan of 24,000, with a super high interest rate of 16.93%. This is all due to mistakes on my husband's credit report when we financed the car and 4,000 negative equity added on from our previous car. So, we have a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer and the balance is 24,000. Our payment is extremely high every month, and we had an idea to sell the car or sign a new loan over to my mother, and she has excellent credit. I am wondering, will this make the payment any lower for her depending on her credit and new interest rate? Or will there be problems with how much the car is worth as opposed to how much I owe on it? Any thoughts opionions etc are appreciated. Thanks
Can I get a auto loan with bad credit to pay off a recently purchased car, so I can buy the car I really want?
I bought a 2007 Ford Taurus in October. I had to get it because my credit is bad. Also, my car note is very high because of that. With my bad credit, is there anyway to get an auto loan for maybe $18,000, pay off the taurus, and use the rest of the money to put it on a car that I really want like a Grand Am G6 or Dodge Charger ? Professional and serious advice please Thank you in advance

Is 28% interest legal on an auto loan in Florida?
I read that the usary rate in Florida is 18%, but national banks do not have to abide by these rules. Is that true and if so, would an interest rate higher than that charged by Summit Financial in Florida be legal or illegal?
Better interest rate for second auto loan?
I paid off an auto loan of $11,500.00 over a year and a half ago and want to get a second car now. I made all my payments each month on time and paid the car off almost 1 year early. The lender I had was basically for people with bad credit and the interest rate was very high at 23%. If I try to get another car, will I be offered a better interest rate since I had a good history with paying off my last car? I still have a low credit score of 554 but have been trying to rebuild my credit by paying everything on time...
